Made playable for Genshin Impact Version 4.2, Furina is the current Hydro Archon of Teyvat. She strikes a balance between buffing and healing, primarily relying on her Elemental Skill and shifting Arkhe alignment. Her Elemental Burst should be prioritized next, leaving her Normal Attack for last.

When using Furina, take advantage of her different Arkhe effects – keep her in Ousia form for DMG buffing and Pneuma form for healing. You can change Furina’s form by using her Charged Attacks. Her Elemental Skill sees the most change between forms.
Combat Talents
Normal Attack – Soloist’s Solicitation
Furina can perform up to 4 consecutive strikes. When using her Charged Attack, Furina will deal Physical DMG to nearby opponents and change her Arkhe alignment. If Furina’s summons from her Elemental Skill are active on the field when she changes form, then they will change with her.
Additionally, Furina possesses the ability Arkhe: Seats Sacred and Secular. At intervals, when Furina’s Normal Attacks hit, a Spiritbreath Thorn or a Surging Blade will descend, dealing Hydro DMG based on her current alignment. When Furina takes the field, her starting Arkhe will be Ousia, so you will have to immediately use a Charged Attack to change her to Pheuma form.
Elemental Skill – Salon Solitaire
This Talent changes the most depending on Furina’s Arkhe alignment. Upon activation, Furina invites guests to perform, summoning either Salon Members or the Singer of Many Waters.
In Ousia form, Furina summons three Salon Members: the Ball Octopus-shaped Gentilhomme Usher, the Bubble Seahorse-shaped Surintendante Chevalmarin, and the Armored Crab-shaped Mademoiselle Crabaletta. While summoning, Furinga will deal AoE Hydro DMG based on her Max HP.
The Salon Members will attack nearby enemies at intervals, prioritizing the target of the active character, dealing Hydro DMG based on Max HP. When they attack, if there are characters with more than 50% HP nearby, the Members will increase their current attack power based on the number of such characters. Additionally, they will consume said characters’ HP in exchange for a higher DMG output. The Salon Members will consider up to 4 characters who meet the 50% HP requirement and deal up to 140% of their original DMG.
In Pneuma form, Furina summons the Singer of Many Waters, who will heal nearby active characters based on Furina’s Max HP at certain intervals.
Both forms’ effects last for 30 seconds. As mentioned above, when Furina changes form while her Elemental Skill is active, the guests will also change form and inherit the remaining duration. For example, if you have the Salon Members out for 12 seconds and Furina changes form, the Salon Members will change to the Singer of Many Waters for the Skill’s remaining 18 seconds.
Elemental Burst – Let the People Rejoice
Furina creates a stage of foam that deals AoE Hydro DMG based on Furina’s Max HP and causes nearby party members to enter the Universal Revelry state. While in this state, when nearby party members’ HP increases or decreases, Furina will gain 1 Fanfare point for each percentage point of their Max HP by which their HP changes. So if your active character loses 5% of their Max HP, Furina will gain 5 Fanfare.
Furina will also increase the DMG dealt by and incoming Healing Bonus of all nearby party members based on the amount of Fanfare she has. When the Elemental Burst duration ends, Furina’s Fanfare points will be cleared. Without any Constellations, Furina can gain a maximum of 300 Fanfare. Each Fanfare point increases DMG by 0.07% and incoming Healing Bonus by 0.01%, for a total of 21% and 3%, respectively.
Passive Talents
1st Ascension – Endless Waltz
When your active character receives healing from a source other than Furina and that healing overflows, then Furina will heal a nearby party member for 2% of their Max HP once every 2 seconds. This effect lasts for 4 seconds.
If you don’t want to double up on healers in your team, build Furina as a DMG buffer Support instead of for healing. Furina most likely will not generate a healing overflow on her own.
4th Ascension – Unheard Confession
Every 1,000 points of Furina’s Max HP will buff the different Arkhe-aligned Salon Solitaire summons. Salon Member DMG will be increased by 0.7%, up to a maximum of 28%. The Singer of Many Waters’ healing intervals will decrease by 0.4%, up to a maximum of 16%. In short, the Salon Members receive a DMG buff and the Singer of Many Waters will heal your characters faster.
Utility Passive – The Sea Is My Stage
Xenochromatic Fontemer Aberrant ability CD decreases by 30%. This is fantastic for underwater exploration and solving puzzles. Xenochromatic Fontemer Aberrant abilities come from the glowing underwater sea creatures in Fontaine, used for both combat and treasure puzzles. You’ll be able to use your active ability more frequently.
