Neuvillette and Hu Tao take the first phase of the Genshin Impact Version 4.1 limited character banners. Neuvillette is the latest Fontaine character added to the roster. He operates as the Chief Justice of Fontaine and so far, he is the first and only Hydro Catalyst Main DPS. Finally, Hydro can stop healing and start attacking.

Regional Specialty – Lumitoile
Lumitoile can be found in the Liffey Region, encompassing the Mont Esus East and the New Fontaine Research Institute. You can find them scattered along the beaches as well as underwater.
Currently, no shops sell Lumitoile. However, the NPC Ottnit in the Fortress of Meropide will give you 4 Lumitoile after following the correct dialogue path.
Common Enemy Drop – Transoceanic Series
The Transoceanic Pearl, Transoceanic Chunk, and Xenochromatic Crystal are dropped by Fontemer Aberrant enemies. This includes the Angelic Sea Hare, Armored Crab, Blubberbeast, Hunter’s Ray, Bubbler Seahorse, and any other underwater enemies you encounter in Fontaine. As long as you consistently dive, you should have no problem farming these.
Normal Boss Drop – Fontemer Unihorn
The Fontemer Unihorn comes from the Millennial Pearl Seahorse boss in the Liffey Region. This boss is underwater and underground, west of the New Fontaine Research Institute.
Gem Series – Varunada Lazurite
Since the Millennial Pearl Seahorse only drops Vajrada Amethyst, you will need to fight other bosses for Varunada Lazurite. The Rhodeia of Loch (Oceanid) and Hydro Hypostasis only drop Varunada Lazurite. The Aeonblight Drake, Iniquitous Baptist, and Prime Geovishap have a chance of dropping Varunada Lazurite, but it’s not guaranteed. If you have other characters you want to ascend, make your boss choices based on which boss drops you need for other characters.
If you have the resources, you can also convert other gems into Varunada Lazurite by using the Alchemy Crafting Bench. Depending on the rarity of the gem, you will need to use 1 to 27 Dust of Azoth items to convert your gems.
