Nintendo is generally known for making high-quality games don't don't break down or glitch out with regularity, and even if they do, such cases are extremely rare — this isn't Ubisoft we're talking about. The latest Super Smash Bros. for Wii U is the latest example of Nintendo's high level of excellence, but one fan in particular is having a far different experience than the rest of us.
Wii U owner T-MAN is plagued by glitches that are both hilarious and frightening, and to prove it, he's taken to posting screens from his copy of Smash Wii U on Miiverse. Some characters have become flat paper versions of themselves, others have grown long, noodly limbs, and still others have had their faces run through a meat grinder. It's a true carnival of horrors!
This seems to be an isolated incident that no one else can recreate. How is this possible? NeoGAF hypothesizes that the GPU in T-MAN's Wii U is fried, thereby preventing character models from loading properly. Whatever the reason, the results are nothing short of entertaining.
