DICE is known to leave a little treat or two in their games as either a tease to fans, or a nod to another franchise they worked on. And now, they did it once again with Battlefield 3's Armored Kill expansion.
This time around, the Easter Egg they left is an actual egg…a dinosaur egg, that is. Obviously as a tease to the oft-requested dinosaur expansion.
In the video, YouTube user JackFrags unearths an actual dinosaur egg with the word "DICE" plastered across it in one of the Alborz Mountain's structures. Not only that, but he even shows you how to get there, too.
So does this mean a dinosaur expansion is underway? If I were to hazard a guess, that would be reserved for Battlefield 4 and not for Battlefield 3 seeing as the game already has all its expansions lined up until mid-next year.
If DICE indeed does really a dinosaur mode, can this compete with Call of Duty's zombie mode? Would you be okay with it or would it dilute the franchise even moreso than the single-player campaign of Battlefield 3?
