Animal Crossing is coming out sometime next year for 3DS owners, and Nintendo recently revealed a ton of details on the title according to NeoGAF user StreetsAhead. While I will encourage you to check out the post in full to read through the dozens of notes StreetsAhead has compiled, here are some of the more interesting tidbits:
- You're the mayor this time around.
- You can design roads, where campers can take root–meaning, there will be "residents" who don't actually live in your town.
- There's a megaphone. You use the microphone on the 3DS to use it.
- There's a comedy club. KK slider returns as a freaking DJ!

All around, sounds exciting, no? Between this and Paper Mario Sticker Star, the 3DS is looking mighty tempting…though, only Japan has a set release date as of yet. Everyone else has got to be patient, though rest assured that we will be seeing the game sometime in 2013.
