Ubisoft is teasing a "big announcement" regarding the Splinter Cell franchise on the game's official Facebook page. As to what it actually is, we're still left in the dark. Although people can "like" the page and Ubisoft will continue to release more parts of the image.
Here's what's revealed of the image so far.
Right now, this "big announcement" could mean a lot of different things. It could be an announcement that a Splinter Cell movie is finally underway, a comic book series is starting soon or maybe it's an announcement that Michael Ironside will be back doing voice-over duties once again (one can hope).
Of course, this could just be chest-thumping on Ubisoft's part and be nothing more than an announcement of a Season Pass or something similar.
What would you want this "big announcement" to be? Are we really living in a world where an announcement of an announcement is really a big deal? Sure seems like it, no?
