The Crash Bandicoot franchise has been a staple for the original Sony PlayStation console and now that we’re on our fourth generation of the PlayStation lineup, we’ll soon be able to enjoy those classic few Crash Bandicoot titles once again. Although, it appears that the Crash Bandicoot remaster collection will not be exclusive to the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro.
Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy was first announced during Sony’s E3 press briefing last year which left several gamers speculating that this upcoming collection would be exclusive to Sony’s PlayStation brand. However, Sony nor Activision stated that the title would only release on the PlayStation 4.
Recently, Sony’s Ireland Twitter account alerted fans about the upcoming release of Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy with a follow-up Tweet stating that the game would be launching first on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro. This indicates that Sony may have a timed exclusive deal with the upcoming video game title.

It’s not stated just yet from Activision on where else we can expect to see Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy launch. Perhaps we may see the original titles release on the Microsoft Xbox One, PC, and even the Nintendo Switch console.
Regardless, the Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy will include Crash Bandicoot, Cortex Strikes Back, and Warped, with the collection releasing on June 30, 2017, for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro.
