Activision has announced today via Twitter that a big announcement for the return of Crash Bandicoot will be happening tomorrow. The tweet does not specify what exactly what we can expect, but there are clues hidden within the tweeted gif.
As you can see down below, Crash is standing beneath 3 sets of boxes which look like how you would write out a date. The boxes seem to be hiding the release date until tomorrow. Perhaps we will also get a trailer as well. Check out the tweet down below for yourself:

Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy is currently in development at Vicarious Visions, who are taking over remastering duties from original creators Naughty Dog. The bundle includes HD remasters of the first three games in the series: Crash Bandicoot, Cortex Strikes Back, and Warped, which were originally released on the PlayStation in the mid-late 90s.
Along with the buffed graphics, the game will be adding features such as including unified checkpoints, pause menus, and manual/automatic save systems. The package also features 4K resolution visuals and completely overhauled audio.
We recently got another look at Crash Bandicoot: Insane Trilogy with some new screenshots. The images showcase some of the first shots of the crate-bashing marsupial’s second game, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, check them out right here.
So do you think tomorrow might be the day we get the official release date for Crash Bandicoot: Insane Trilogy? Let us know in the comments!
