Hitman: Absolution’s Latest Trailer Shows You the Tools of the Trade

September 17, 2012 by Alex Co

Agent 47 has a ton of weapons available to him in Hitman: Absolution. Watch and see how he uses them with brutal efficiency.

In Hitman: Absolution's latest trailer aptly called "Tools of the Trade," we get to see the arsenal Agent 47 can equip himself in taking out his marks.

There's the usual assortment of guns, which Agent 47 can use to shoot everything that moves, or he can also fall back on the usual standbys. By this, I mean, his fiberwire stealth weapon and his signature dual silenced .45s.

If you prefer not to use that much firepower, the game will also provide you with a multitude of environmental weapons at hand. Agent 47 can use scissors, wrenches and other ordinary items to take out targets. He is, after all, a professional hitman.

The trailer is emphasizing that the choice is in the player's hands on how you want to tackle each objective. Some people might like being a shadow that slithers through each target, while others might want to use brute force in bringing everyone down.

One thing we do see but I'm not sure if will be prevalent throughout the whole game, is environmental-specific executions. At the trailer's end, you can see a car being brought down upon an unaware target. I don't know about you, but things like that will definitely make people use their imagination and possibly even warrant multiple playthroughs just to see everything.

Now that you've seen Agent 47's tools, which ones will you be using once the game hits on November 20 for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
