From the creators behind Nidhogg comes a groovy, adrenaline pumping odyssey through the depths of space itself. Flywrench first came out back in 2015 for PC and Mac, asking players to guide an aerobatic ship past an unrelenting obstacle course. Today it makes the jump to PlayStation 4, with an additional 12 levels boosting the replay value of the original game.
Co-founder of Messhof Kristy Norindr made the announcement via the official PlayStation Blog, revealing that in addition to the game’s main campaign, a Time Trial mode which allows players to race against players across the globe has been included. Furthermore, an exclusive bonus for PS4 players are new ‘Asteroid’ levels in Time Trial mode. Even the original Flywrench featured quite an extensive single-player campaign (over 170 levels), and a catchy electronic music original soundtrack by Daedelus set to return in the PS4 port.
Flywrench is launching this Valentine’s Day on PlayStation 4 for $6.99 USD.
