Far Cry 3: Island Survival Guide Introduces Psychopaths, Drugs, and Other Dangers excerpt: The second part of the Island Survival Guide for Far Cry 3 familiarizes us with some of the enemies we'll be facing.
Ubisoft has released the second part in their series of Far Cry 3 guides to acquaint us to the Rook Islands. While the first part went into great detail about the islands themselves, this second guide familiarizes us with psychopaths, drugs, and other dangers.
Like the first video, ex-CIA operative Agent Huntley continues on his insider's tour of the insanity of Far Cry 3's setting. This video allows us to get a glimpse of the truth about the human trafficking and other depraved criminal activities going on the island, with some tips on how to avoid—or actually even use outposts to our advantage.
Players will be able to engage in hunting, crafting, and a wide variety of mini-games and side missions to earn cash for weapons and to level up skills and abilities throughout Far Cry 3.
Like its predecessors, Far Cry 3 is designed as an open world first person shooter, and will be available for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC on December 4 in the United States and on November 7 just about everywhere else. There's been no word on why they chose to delay the game stateside by a month, but interested players should think about importing the title if you'd like to get it early.
