BioWare’s Dev Speaks about The Difficulty of HDR Implementation and Nvidia’s Ansel

Ansel will allow players to take 360-degree screenshots

BioWare’s Fabrice Condominas recently spoke at CES 2017 about HDR implementation in the game, he chatted about how when development first started HDR wasn’t invented yet and how difficult it was to implement in the late stages of productions.

UHDR will help with players immersion into the game, more so than just the look and feel. Then there’s also the inclusion of Nvidia’s Ansel, which will allow players to take 360-degree screenshots. This has also helped the team to pick up errors and bugs when working on the game
