Valve has put together a launch trailer for its new game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive using the Source Filmmaker, a tool which it recently released to the public.
The game has been in beta since November last year and has since seen many iterations to its content and balance with the input of the gaming community. It's set to replace Counter-Strike Source and CS 1.6 as the go-to title for competitive FPS gamers everywhere.
In addition to its regular modes, CS:GO will come packed with a mysterious (for now) zombie mode to offer players with a variety of content once it hits. Finally, Valve plans for CS:GO to be as moddable as its other games by offering full support to modders.
“It was important to us as we developed CS:GO to make sure it was as moddable and extensible as any CS game. So this is just one of many mods that will be available to CS:GO in the coming months,” said Valve on the game's official blog.
CS:GO is set for release tomorrow on Steam, PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade.
