Beyond Good and Evil HD Confirmed for XBL and PSN

September 30, 2010 by Gameranx Staff

Beyond Good & Evil HD releasing on PSN and XBL in 2011

We haven’t heard much about the sequel, apart from the fact that the game is in development, but there is good news for fans of the Beyond Good & Evil franchise, Ubisoft has just announced that a 1080p HD remake of Beyond Good & Evil, originally released on the PS2, Xbox and Gamecube, will be releasing on PSN and Xbox Live next year.

Redesigned character models, polished textures, a re-mastered soundtrack, Achievements/Trophies support and online leaderboards will be added to the game. Some of us are still waiting on the much awaited sequel, but nonetheless this is big news.
