Darksiders II has a new video up and it's from Prima Guide's Insider series. In it, we get to see some of the loot and gear Death will come across the game.
In a rather brilliant move, Vigil Games has implemented a feature where players can check and equip a loot they acquired even without going into a character menu.
While Darksiders II is more of an action game than an RPG, it's doing a very good job of being a hybrid game as Death can equip, secondary weapons, talismans, armor for his arms, legs, shoulders and body.
Aside from loot, Darksiders II will also let you level up Death and even his weapons! Yep, so aside from scouring the area for gear, unlocking Death's abilities, you also get to level up certain weapons. Needless to say, RPG weapon and stat nuts will find a lot to work with when it comes to Darksiders II customization elements.
Are you ready to give the game a go? Darksiders II's release is but a few days away as it will be available on August 14 for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
