Codemasters has unleash Grid 2's debut trailer and it shows us a lot of sexy cars in CGI form.
According to Codemasters, Grid 2 "will challenge players to be fast, be first and be famous as they enter a stunning new world of competitive motorsport. Following the success of GRID, which set new standards for damage, AI, visuals and introduced the Flashback time rewind feature – now adopted by many racing games — GRID 2 will again raise the gameplay and technological bar for motorsport gaming and remain true to the series' core value — it's all about the race.
I admit, I would have liked to see actual gameplay footage, but what we got should feed your need for speed. Yeah, I went there.

Aside from the trailer, Codemasters is also using social media sites like Facebook and Twitter to unlock screenshots and more for the game. The developer has now unlocked the first screenshot. The next gameplay screenshot will be unlocked by 1500 Retweets and 6000 Facebook "Likes."
If you didn't know, Codemasters' forte is the racing genre and judging from their pedigree, it seems Need for Speed: Most Wanted will face stiff competition when Grid 2 releases sometime next year.
