Tutorial Teaches You How to Make a Street Fighter 4 Character into a Street Fighter 3 Sprite

Steamboy33 notes that his process on how he does it is based on Derek Yu's Pixel Tutorial, so give that a go as a guide. If you're done with that or you don't want to use it, Steamboy33 shows a step-by-stepn guide on how to do it, though it won't be easy.
