Arma 2 is currently the most played game on Steam thanks to the rising popularity of the DayZ mod. Far from simply choosing to rest upon their laurels, the Bohemia Interactive is hard at work on Arma 3 and plan to show off the game at the upcoming Gamescom event which is set to take place on the 15th this month.
The developers will be showcasing the latest playable build of Arma 3 to the public alongside both PC and Xbox 360 versions of their other upcoming game, Carrier Command: Gaea Mission. The game will be playable at Bohemia's public booth. Admittance is free.
The studio will also be releasing new videos and trailers of both Arma 3 and Carrier Command in the days following Gamescom.
