If you already own Borderlands, you're entitled to a 10% discount on Borderlands 2 for this weekend only. If you don't own it, Gearbox have you covered anyway, offering the game of the year edition for next to nothing. Actually, they've gone one step further, offering the full game FOR nothing for the whole weekend.
And while the discount on Borderlands 2 won't cover the cost of the original Borderlands, you will be getting a lot of game for a couple of quid, which is an awfully tempting proposition if you were planning on getting the sequel anyway. The co-op shooter is bound to sell fantastically well because, although it was slow burning, Borderlands has more than grown its following since initial release almost three years ago.
Also worth noting is that Orks Must Die is also on offer this weekend for 75% off.
