THQ has registered a number of new domains which tie into both its Saints Row and 1666 franchises. At this point in time, little to nothing is known about 1666 apart from its name.
For its Saints Row franchise, the company registered EnterTheDominatrix.com and IamSaintsRow.com. Meanwhile, the domains 1666TheGame.com and 1666Amsterdam.com were registered for the 1666 game.
Enter the Dominatrix was originally slated as a non-seasonal expansion for Saints Row The Third but has since had its content folded into Saints Row 4, which is currently in development at Volition and slated for a 2013 release.
The development of 1666 points towards a Renaissance-era game set in Europe. Little else is known about the game, or even which studio is developing it.
Assassin's Creed lead designer Patrice Désilets is rumored to be heading up the project with his new team at THQ.
