Ubisoft has released a 7 minute walkthrough video for Assassins Creed Brotherhood detailing some of the new features that differentiate the game from previous titles in the series. According to the demo, the side-missions in Brotherhood are set to have a direct impact in the progression of Ezio as well as the city life in Rome itself.
We’ve tried to list some of the new features shown in the demo below,
+ Players will have the opportunity to bring the Renaissance to Rome based on their actions and in-game investments to weaken the Borgia.
+ Borgia Towers are large towers set up by the Borgia in Rome to spread the Borgia influence to the area and in order to take control of each territory players will need to take down the Borgia Tower.
+ Brotherhood will also feature different types of Horses such as a War Horse.
+ As Ezio progresses through the game you control a number of Assassins to help you take down the Borgia towers.
+ Ezio will communicate with his Assassins to send them out on assigned missions using pigeon coops spread out around the city of Rome.
+ Successful missions by Assassins will help them increase their experience points and increase their chances of completing an assigned task. These experience will be used to upgrade your Assassin’s weapons and armor capabilities. Balancing your Assassins is the key to a successful mission.
+ To take care of the Borgia influence in the territory killing the Tower leader is pre-emptive.
+ As players secure areas in the city, shops will re-open where players can they purchase heavy weaponry and other important tools to upgrade Ezio.
