The first full fledged DLC for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier finally has a release date. Ubisoft announced today its plans to release the pack on both console platforms the game is available for on July 17. The DLC is titled “Arctic Strike.”
In the Arctic Strike DLC, players will take to the streets of Moscow and even fight their way into the far reaches of the Arctic. In addition to three new multiplayer maps, the DLC also includes a new multiplayer mode called Stockade, and a new co-op mode map for Guerrilla Mode.
Players who pick up the DLC will gain access to six additional weapons which includes the following:
- Rifleman: F2000 and CZS805
- Scout: Type 05 JS and BT MP9
- Engineer: OCP-11 and Mk17
The DLC also raises the level cap by 10 and carries a host of new achievements. It will be available for $9.99 on the PS3, and for 800 MS Points for the Xbox 360.
Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is out for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC.
