Batman: Return to Arkham Launches with a Comparison Trailer

October 19, 2016 by Ian Miles Cheong

Check out how the remasters differ from the originals.

Batman: Return to Arkham offers remastered versions of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City for the current generation of consoles.

These new versions of the game have, according to everyone who’s already playing it, been stable and actually pretty good given that Arkham Knight wasn’t launched in the best state. The new graphics certainly inject some new zest into Gotham city and Batman himself looks better than ever in the updated visuals.

There’s nothing remarkably different in terms of gameplay. If you’ve played the first two games, you’ll know exactly what to expect—but you won’t have to whip out your old Xbox 360 or PS3 to enjoy the experience, at least.

If you’re a die-hard Batman fan who’s been dying to replay the games, Return to Arkham is worth picking up.
