We’ve got an avalanche a new Pokemon to talk about. With the Pokemon Sun and Moon games coming out in a little over a month, you can expect that period of time to be jam-packed with more reveals and trailers for the upcoming new generation. Today we’ve got a sweet solid stack of eight new Pokemon and some characters to get introduced to. So buckle up.
The newly revealed Pokemon were almost all evolved forms of ones they’ve shown so far in these videos. Silvally is Type: Null’s evolved form. Silvally has a special ability called RKS system, that changes its typing when it holds certain items. Their special move multi-attack accommodates to the typing of the Pokemon accordingly, changing itself with it. Hakamo-o is the evolution of Jangomo-o, and they themselves evolve into Kommo-o. Komm-o has a new move called Changing Scales, where it basically rips it’s scales off to the attack the enemy (at the cost of a lowered defense afterward). Bounsweet evolves into Steenee, who then evolves into Tsareena. They’ve got the Queenly Majesty special ability that prevents Pokemon from using priority moves (like aqua jet), and the unique move Trop Kick. Ribombee is the evolved form of Cutiefly. Grimer and Muk now have Alola forms. When it comes to new trainers, we got the chance to meet a few. Olivia is the Kahuna of Akala Island, and Ilima is a Normal-type specialist Trial Captain.
Pokemon Sun and Moon comes to Nintendo 3DS on November 18th. For the latest Pokemon news, check out their website, Twitter, and Facebook.
