Square Enix has announced today that fans of Kingdom Hearts can now preorder the upcoming Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue Limited Edition to receive an exclusive Mickey Mouse and Sora pin. The deal is available through the Square Enix Online Store as well as participating retailers.
The adventures in Kingdom Hearts continue with Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, exclusive to the PlayStation 4. It’s designed as a compilation that brings the popular Kingdom Hearts Drop Drop Distance over to the PS4 system, remastered in high definition. It also features Birth by Sleep – A fragmentary passage –, a completely new playable episode that links to the story of Kingdom Hearts 3, which has not yet been dated. The new chapter takes place after the events of Birth by Sleep and told from Aqua’s perspective.
Also included in the compilation is KINGDOM HEARTS χ [chi] Back Cover, a new HD movie that connects the earliest parts of the series’ history together with a story of the foretellers.
The game is set for release on January 24, 2017.
