Nintendo of America has confirmed via Twitter that Kirby's Dream Collection will drop in the United States on September 16th. The compilation celebrating the 20th anniversary of Nintendo's famous pink vaccuum is a greatest hits collection of Kirby's best titles.
The compilation will include a soundtrack CD, collectible booklet, an interactive timeline, new challenge levels, and classic Kirby emulations ranging from original Game Boy titles to Nintendo 64:
Kirby’s Dream Land (Game Boy)
Kirby’s Adventure (NES)
Kirby’s Dream Land 2 (Game Boy)
Kirby Super Star (SNES)
Kirby’s Dream Land 3 (SNES)
Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards (N64)
The video linked on NOA's Twitter account shows off the gameplay, menu setups, and timeline, but is missing pricing information. The Japanese version, to be released on July 19th, has a price point of 3,800 yen (about $48) but the North American version has not received a set retail value.
The European version doesn't currently have a set release date, but rumors point to September as well.
