A GameStop employee has revealed that a Knights of the Old Republic Collection is listed on their system. The as-of-yet unannounced collection will be almost sneaking into shops as, in theory, it'll be available for purchase in only a little over a fortnight. The collection itself has been on the radar for a few months – I wrote it up on May 6th – and people are still unsure as to why exactly this collection is even happening.
Still, with only a couple of weeks to go until release, I suppose it'd be silly to expect too much from this re-release. If they'd fixed problems, updated the visuals or even if the set was redeemable on Steam, they'd probably be making a much bigger noise about it. As it happens, there's still not confirmation that the release is going to go as planned, despite retailers everywhere confirming release for that July 17th.
