Rocksmith, by developers Ubisoft, originally released back in 2013 for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. Intended to be a tool for gamers to learn how to play the guitar, Rocksmith takes elements from popular video game franchises such as Guitar Hero but instead puts a real guitar into the hands of gamers.
Through a series of lessons, gamers would learn how to play the songs in a gameplay atmosphere. A year later, Ubisoft released a sequel known as Rocksmith 2014. Now we’re learning through a press release that was sent out earlier today that Ubisoft had remastered Rocksmith 2014 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
Through this remastering, the video game will include a new customizable learning curve, additional practice tools, stat tracking, and improve menus. It’s worth pointing out that this remastered edition of the video game will also be released as a free update for owners of the original Rocksmith 2014 Edition. Additionally, Ubisoft will be putting in six additional songs within the track list, which you can view listed down below.
You can pick up Rocksmith 2014 or Rocksmith 2014 Remastered on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC, right now.
