Forza Horizon 3’s first DLC pack is now available. It’s called The Smoking Tire Car Pack and it adds seven new cars into the roster for both PC and Xbox One versions of the game.
The variety is pretty decent, and includes the 2016 Vulcan “hypercar” from Aston Martin, the 2000 Lotus 340R and the classic 1976 Jeep CJ5 Renegade. A video showcasing all of the new vehicles can be seen below.
The Smoking Tire Car Pack is the first of several packs planned for the game as part of the game’s $30 DLC Car Pass as they’re calling it, which is not to be confused for the DLC Season Pass. There will be a total of six car packs in total to introduce 42 new cars once the campaign ends in March 2017. If you don’t plan on getting all the cars, you can pick up the Smoking Tire Car Pack separately for $7.
Here’s what it adds:
- 2016 Aston Martin Vulcan
- 2000 Lotus 340R
- 2016 Pagani Huayra BC
- 2010 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor
- 2016 GTA Spano
- 2016 BMW M2 Coupé
- 1976 Jeep CJ5 Renegade
In addition, the Car Pass DLC is not the only bit of content headed for the game. There’s the DLC Season Pass, which costs $35 and adds two new expansions, the first of which comes out before the end of the year.
If you want to go all in, you’ll need to pick up the $100 Ultimate Edition of the game that includes the Motorsports All-Stars Car Pack and a VIP Membership, both of which cost $10 and $20 respectively.
Forza Horizon 3 came out on September 27 for PC and Xbox One. Watch our impressions above.
