Antraxx, an MMO Mech Shooter is Now Live on Kickstarter!

Antraxx is an MMO mech shooter that hearkens back to the good old SNES days combined with a next gen online feature. The game has great customization in addition to a host of other features. These include options, faction politics, land acquisition, and different game modes. The game heavily emphasies teamwork and replayability  and will be available on browsers and on Steam.

Leendert and Sam, the cofounders of the game have launched a Kickstarter campaign in order to fund the completion of their game. For the last five years the game has been funded out of their own pockets. Now they are reaching out to the community for assistance during the final push for release.

Antraxx features crisp high quality pixel art, fully customizable mechs to suit your play style, in-depth faction politics and economy systems, ability to acquire land and hold your own zone, sandbox gameplay with map creation, and finally a free-for-all team deathmatch, King of the Hill game modes, and more.

One of the biggest perks of being a backer for this game is that you’ll instantly get early access to the game when November 2016 rolls around. This is right after the campaign wrap up as well.

Some of the Kickstarter rewards include 3D printed models of in-game mechs and Kickstarter-exclusive mech skins. Kongegrate has also offered their support by providing Kong+ subscriptions (a $29.99 value) as a reward.
