Sony has put together a trailer for a new game by Montreal-based studio Minority called Papo & Yo. Exclusive to the PlayStation 3, the game appears to take its cues from the likes of Journey, Gravity Rush, and the Christopher Nolan film, Inception.
In this "fantasy adventure game," which takes place in a favela, players take on the role of a young boy named Quico. The game involves the exploration of themes like abuse, fear, and poverty through its ingenious puzzles.
The game's creator Vander Caballero is using his own troubled childhood as an inspiration for the game's design.
We hope to see more of the game at E3 this year.
