For some people, the idea of playing a console game on a handheld might seem completely useless, but when it looks and plays almost identically to the console version but with a few extras, what happens when the handheld version is the definitive edition of the game? That certainly seems to be the quandary attached to the Vita version of Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time.
Not only do you get the full game and all its features, but you get to use Vita controls including the front and back touch pads and the gyroscope and, as teased in the video, there are more reveals to come. It's a pretty exciting announcement and it'll be interesting to see what other games are to be announced for both PS3 and Vita.
Of course, the best way of handling this situation is to get both PS3 and Vita versions of the game; double the trophies: that's worth an increased price, right?
