How would you build a modern marvel? What does it take to create a steel structure monolith that truly inspires awe for miles around? That’s the question that Project Highrise hopes to answer.

As the YouTube Description states it:

Will you create an exclusive office highrise that attracts business leaders from around the world? Will you construct luxury apartments in the sky, penthouses for the elite and playgrounds for the famous? Perhaps greed will get the better of you and you’ll build a tenement building that trades tenant happiness for loads of cash? All these choices and more are yours. Success is entirely in your hands.

Project Highrise has you building your vision of what the next great skyscraper looks like. But you can’t just worry about the outside of it, as the insides matter just as much. Your building will have a unique variety of tenants, who’ll set up apartments, stores, offices, and restaurants within your walls. While the campaign mode gives you scenarios and challenging restraints to stay within, the sandbox mode lets you build from the ground to the sky however you see fit. The key to success is keeping the population’s demands satisfied, and to help with that you can hire a team of consultants in order to maximize the efficiency and appeal of your structure.
