As you are probably aware, Gamestops all over America began selling Apple products just a few short months ago. There are iPods, iPads, and much more. However, there is one huge part of this line-up missing: Macbooks.
Well, it looks like they will be bartering those off too, very soon. A photo of Gamestop’s inventory, as reported on by Eurogamer, shows Macbooks in force.
The photo was more than likely taken by a Gamestop employee – probably unemployed now – and displays various Macbook models. Furthermore, this inventory screen shows the prices. They are lower than MSRP, so it is expected that the laptops will come in a refurbished state, much like the iPods and iPads Gamestop sells.
This is a huge move for Gamestop, as it garners them an entire line of Apple products that they can sell. Their policy and marketing stratagem concerning used games, consoles, and merchandise has proved marvelously successful over the past few years.
