If you were a fan of the old school isometric view Fallout titles that originally released back in the early 1990s then you’re in for a treat. A new mod has been released for Fallout 2 that acts as a bridge to close the gap between the original Fallout title along with its sequel. However, the story has been said to have taken a much dark tone.
This new mod is titled Fallout 1.5: Resurrection and it brings back the gameplay longtime fans of Fallout might have enjoyed. According to the mod post, Fallout 1.5: Resurrection will take place within New Mexico, just east of what will become the NCR territory. Gamers will awaken in a cave with amnesia and it’s your job to find out who you are and why you ended up in a cave.
While a Fallout 2 mod, the game map is said to have equal size of the original Fallout title and there’s plenty of open quests that gamers can take on along with the ability to resolve in a number of different ways.
If you enjoy the old school isometric RPG titles and the Fallout franchise then you might want to get a copy of the free mod now.
