Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme Vs-Force has arrived, breathing fresh air into your Playstation Vita for five more minutes. The game takes scenarios from the Gundam universe (Mobile Suit Gundam to Mobile Suit Gundam Universal Century), presenting large and fast action 2-vs-2 gameplay battle fights. You’ll have access to variety of suits from the Gundam series, in addition to characters from Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans and Gundam Reconquisita in G.
“Mobile Suit Gundam is one of Japan’s most famous exports with numerous television series, best-selling toys, movies, manga, and a giant statue in the heart of Tokyo,” said VP of Marketing for Bandai Namco Eric Hartness. “We are excited for fans to be immersed in the world of Gundam with MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM EXTREME VS-FORCE, the latest entry in the much-requested series straight from Japan.”
What’s new to the Gundam series for the first time, and what’s introduced in this game, is what they call “large-scale Force battles” that allow you to command a team of six Mobile suits and a battleship. This mode appears in both singleplayer or local multiplayer variant, and it’s intended to show the game from a new tactical perspective for the first time.
