Rather than technological terrors, Youtube user sammy1Am has posted a video showcasing floppy disks playing the Imperial March from Star Wars. While the original was chilling to hear in theaters this version is much more terrifying. Its mechanical tones match that of the robotic breathing of the sinister Darth Vader. Lucas should have really considered using these instead of an orchestra. It would have been a lot cheaper since all floppy disks require is some electricity. Then again I do like me some classical music. Either way enjoy this little internet treat. There are plenty more videos like this one out there as well re-producing the themes of Portal 2 and Mario Bros. among others.
