Max Payne 3 System Requirements Outed

April 23, 2012 by Ian Miles Cheong

You’ll need a beefy rig to run Max Payne 3 on the PC.

Max Payne 3 needs a beefy goddamn rig to run.

The release of Max Payne 3 is a couple of months down the line, and Rockstar has just released the system requirements you'll need to get the game running on the PC. It's not looking pretty.

The bad news is that game will require a very hefty 35GB of space, weighing it a game with the heaviest space requirement to ever grace the PC. You can correct me if I'm wrong, but I've never before seen a game require that much hard disk space.

The good news is that like Rockstar's LA Noire, it'll run natively on the PC, so it won't be a shoddy port. According to Rockstar, the game will offer support for DirectX 11 "as well as a number of additional advanced graphics options."

Here's what you'll need to get the game running:

Max Payne 3 PC System Specifications
