It can be a real battle trying to complete a video game the fastest than anyone else in the world and we’ve definitely seen some incredible speedruns over the years. However, one speedrunner recently completed Castlevania: Symphony of the Night while blindfolded.
Romscout is a well-known speedrunner who has previously taken on a speedrun challenge of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. While going through the game normally with his eyesight, Romscout finished the title in just under seventeen minutes. Though he didn’t beat his record, being blindfolded, Romscout did manage to complete the game in under an hour.

This entire event was captured for the annual Games Done Quick, a speedrunning charity marathon. It was here that Romscout set a goal of $15,000 to raise for the highlighted charity, Doctors Without Borders. Not only did Romscout managed to complete the game blindfolded, he was able to raise an astonishing $20,000 towards the charity contribution.
As mentioned, the event was filmed and broadcasted on Twitch. However, if you missed out on watching Romscout complete the game then you’ll have to wait until the official video is posted on the Games Done Quickly Twitch profile page.
