The company filed for a patent over nine years ago, which brings forth a technology that seamlessly integrates displays into consoles. While many claim this is still a dream in regards to the industry’s current technological state, we may not be so far away. Do not forget so quickly what industry we are talking about!
If you look at the upgrade in graphics going from the sixth generation of consoles (Playstation 2, Xbox, Nintendo Gamecube) to the seventh (Playstation 3, Xbox360, Nintendo Wii) then you see just how far the industry can go in a relatively short amount of time.
