Namco Bandai has released a trailer for their up and coming game Star Trek. The title is developed by Digital Extremes and has a released date of “Early 2013” as mentioned in the trailer. It looks like players will be able to play, obviously, as Captain Kirk with Spock tagging along. It may be bold but it's really looking like this game will have co-op capabilities since Spock is seen with Kirk during most of the game play in the trailer.
The game is set in between the first Star Trek reboot and its sequel. The sequel is set for a release in May 2013 so it's safe to assume that the game will most likely launch somewhere in January, February, or March. Surely as 2013 gets closer we will know more and more about the game. That is if we survive. Oh my.
