Six new screenshots of Assassin's Creed III showcase the game's New England territory in winter. Connor, the game's protagonist, can be seen stalking wild prey and traversing through the wilderness by climbing trees and leaping from branch to branch.
Set during the Revolutionary War, players take on the role of Connor, a half-native American, half-British warrior who fights for justice. New to the game besides the setting and protagonist are the additions of gigantic battles, guns, and dual-wielding.
Assassin's Creed III is set for release on October 30, 2012 across the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC platforms. A Wii U version of the game is also planned sometime afterwards.
