Blizzard Throws Another 250,000 Beta Invites to the Wind

April 5, 2012 by Ron Taylor

The upcoming Mists of Pandaria expansion now to be enjoyed by even more Annual Pass holders.

Pandaria

It looks like Blizzard holds no bones about sending out beta invites – especially to their Annual Pass holders. Another 250,000 beta invites have gone out to these members of World of Warcraft's community.

Demand for these invites has been extremely high, as per the norm with Blizzard products. Even though a huge number of the invitations have been dispersed, the majority of players are left without a sneak peek into the upcoming expansion.

Mists of Pandaria is creating a lot of buzz currently, mainly due to the fact World of Warcraft's previous addition to the game – Cataclysm – has had a lackluster outing to say the least. This new and fresh experience coming to Azeroth is one that, for many gamers, is light at the end of an extremely bleak tunnel.

So, keep watch over your Account Management pages for the next few days. If you are the owner of an Annual Pass and the bearer of some luck, you will soon be finding your way into the beta.

Mists of Pandaria is set to release this holiday season.
