The Devil May Cry Collection is out in the States, Capcom have released this launch trailer highlighting the differences between the original games and the re-release. Bringing together the first three titles in the series on a single disk of glorious devil-dicing, sometimes it even manages to give the play a smidgen of plot. I'm hoping, with the aid of this HD collection, to spend more time in Devil May Cry 2 trying to actually find it. Perhaps I'll get a trophy.
Despite my not exactly enjoying the plot behind the series, it's still great fun and at the time I was playing through I could help but see the similarities between this and Capcom's flagship series Resident Evil. While an Onimusha re-release isn't entirely out of the question, this is probably as close as we'll get to a proper HD collection for that series.
The collection launches in the EU territories at the end of the week
