There’s no real need to further hype E3 anymore as it’s practically the center subject for all gamers right now. We all want to know just what will be announced, unveiled, shown off, teased, and perhaps officially dated during the big press conferences held at the expo. However, Microsoft continues to make sure everyone knows that their E3 press conference will wow people.
The latest hype came from Xbox marketing chief Mike Nichols, according to GameSpot. Mike Nichols made the comment about E3 during Microsoft’s May 2016 NPD Results in which he stated the following.
“We are just days away from E3 2016 and we’re excited to share more details on what Xbox fans can expect this year and beyond. We expect this to be a special E3.”
Unfortunately, Mike Nichols did not expand on his thoughts about this year’s E3 or what may come up during their press conference. There’s speculation that we’ll see more ReCore, Crackdown 3, Gears of War 4, Cuphead, and also Scalebound.
Furthermore, this year there has been big speculations as to the next updated consoles for both Sony and Microsoft. We know now that Sony will not be introducing gamers to the next PlayStation 4 console update at E3, but console details for Microsoft are still tight lipped. There could be a new thinner Xbox One model reveal along with updated specifications Xbox One to better compete with the PlayStation 4.
