Bethesda has issued the release of a new patch for Skyrim, which is available in beta form on Steam. The patch adds some minor fixes for the game and mostly deals with getting rid of crashes relating to usermade mods. Notably, the patch should resolve any issues relating to navmeshing.
The patch notes for Patch 1.5.26 Beta read as follows:
Fixed issue with frequency of first person kill cameras
Underwater effects now display properly
Fixed crash when loading certain plugins
Fixed issue where sun would not appear properly after fast travel
Users who download the patch can expect to see a lot of stability improvements, especially if they have a ton of mods installed. The patch also tones down the frequency of the kill camera, so it doesn't become too overwhelming for the player.
There's no word on when Bethesda plans to release the patch for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but we assume it'll be out by the time they release a DLC of their own.
