Future ‘Superphones’ Could Get Kepler GPUs

March 24, 2012 by Andrew Kent

NVIDIA is already talking about the next generation of phones, more specifically the fact that they could get Kepler GPU’s.

It's happening, no not the end of the world but pretty much close to it. NVIDIA just released their new Kepler based GeForce GTX 680 graphics card and the CEO clearly understands the possibilities of this new piece of hardware and how people love to spend to their money. He mentioned that NVIDIA “will extend GPUs into datacenters, super thin notebooks, and superphones.” Yes dear readers, he said superphones.

What a superphone is, I have no idea. All I know is that I want one and I want it now. Just take the last tid bit of my money Sprint, ATT, or Verizon because you deserve it if you give me the privilege of buying this superphone. Society forbids me from lagging behind and my superphone will look so ultra-cool with my new new new iPad and other gadgets adorning my person. Soon I'll be talking to myself and mumbling nonsense like “We wants the precious” and will try to kill hobbits just to get at a superphone.
