If you ask a fan of Angry Birds what they want more than anything else in the world, the answer will almost assuredly come back "More Angry Birds, please."
I consider myself a fan, but I admit I was getting a little jaded by the simple formula. Plus, I was terrible at it. So when Rovio announced that they would be shaking the series up a bit by setting it in outer space, it grabbed my attention. I knew I'd have to get it, and I knew I was going to like it.
Angry Birds Space has 60 levels to start with, and being set in space has added planets with gravitational fields you can use to complete levels. It also features new birds, new powers, and more. This is also considered an integrated entertainment launch, so you'll be able to pick up the Angry Birds Space merchandise at your local retailer starting today as well, if you are interested in that sort of thing.
So, anyone excited? Or is everyone around here too 'hardcore' to be okay with playing games that don't feature explosions?
