The newest addition to The Elder Scrolls Online game is the Dark Brotherhood update. These murderous rascals are a key part of the The Elder Scrolls universe, so it’s good to see them make a comeback in the newest game of the overall series.
The Dark Brotherhood of the Gold Coast want you to enlist in their ranks. They face a powerful warrior in black armor that’s able to slay even their most seasoned agents. This update marks the return of Anvil and Kvatch, not seen in the series since The Elders Scrolls IV: Oblivion came out ten years ago. An as assassin, you’ll take on small contracts, and go on larger killing sprees. You’ll work your way up the guild ladder, up to the honor of performing the Black Sacrament, which involves killing someone at the request of the Night Mother. Assassins have new skills like the Shadow Sithis and the Void’s Embrace, valuable tools in their killing arsenal.
It’s available now on PC and Mac, but it’s coming to Xbox One and PS4 on the 14th of June. People who already have an active ESO Plus membership will get this automatically, but it can also be purchased for 2000 crowns in the in-game crown store.
