Rockstar Games Drops New Apparel Line Covering Multiple Franchises

December 8, 2025 by Todd Black

And now we have new merch before GTA 6…

You have to wonder what is going through the minds of Rockstar Games right now, as they have a lot going on. First, they are having to deal with the delay that they instituted last month on their upcoming game, a delay that fans are still trying to cope with in many ways. There are also some behind-the-scenes issues that have been making things difficult as well, and bringing some negative attention to the company’s brand. In the midst of all of this, though, Rockstar thought it would be an excellent time to open up some new options for players to buy things from them…via their merchandise line.

On its site, Rockstar highlighted the new content that you can get, alongside the special bonuses you’ll get with each purchase:

“Keep warm in crewneck sweatshirts featuring an applique yellow varsity-style Rockstar Games logo and coordinate with a matching Rockstar Games Sticker (included with any purchase while supplies last) and a 32 oz. Nalgene Water Bottle.”

They also noted that if you play the upcoming online content and complete certain missions, some of the clothing items will be rewarded to you in-game, so you can wear them in the virtual world and in real life!

Then, there’s “The Screenshot Collection,” which takes “iconic images” from the various franchises that Rockstar has under its banner and puts them onto shirts for you to wear. A bit on the nose, but we’re sure there are people out there who would wear them.

Oh, and if you think that’s the weirdest thing that they’re doing with his merch line, you’d be wrong:

“Today’s release also features special new collectibles and accessories. There are two new scented candles created in collaboration with fragrance designers Joya Studio that capture the essences of Vice and Liberty.”

…Gwenyth Paltrow would be proud, we’re sure. And yet, they were STILL not done:

“The Say Sorry Be Nice Mat is perfect for greeting visitors this holiday season, and a new Black Baggu is ideal for bringing gifts to your upcoming get-togethers.”

So, yeah, they clearly went “all the way” to try and make this feel like the coolest thing ever. They did warn, though, that if you’re trying to get these items to you before Christmas, you’ll want to get your orders in before a certain date, depending on where you are in the world.

Do you think you might know someone who might like these, or are you getting them for yourself? Either way, the store is open!
